Everything you come to Finnish Lapland for — Northern lights, snow-laden forest and wide silence, from a local operator in Ylläsjärvi. Small groups, guided in English and French, far from mass tourism.
Our winter experiences run from November to April, once the snow has settled. The northern-lights season stretches from late August to April; December to March gives you the deepest snow and the full Arctic winter. April is great also for real Spring feeling with sun and snow!
How many days should I plan?
Allow 3–7 days to enjoy several experiences at an easy pace — roughly one a day. That leaves time for the aurora, a snowmobile day, and the huskies or reindeer without rushing.
What languages do you speak?
We speak English, French and Finnish.
How do I get to Ylläs?
Kittilä International Airport is about 30 minutes away. We offer a private airport transfer from the airport straight to your accommodation — no shuttle wait. We are located 2 hours away from Rovaniemi and 30 minutes from Kolari railway station.
Can I combine several experiences?
Yes, and most of our guests do. Book directly with us — no agency, no middleman — and we’ll help you build a stay around the experiences you want.
